Energetic Call Center General Manager Needed

Marketing firm in search of seasoned General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the lead generation and Doc Chase process including but not limited to: managing full sales floor, generating qualified leads, Overseeing Doc Chase Department and developing and implementing a strategy to maximize sales growth. The ideal candidate must have a passion for sales and a desire to help and communicate well with our sales team.

Minimum of 1 year experience working in a fast paced sales-driven environment.

Strong verbal communication skills required; ability to work well within a lead gen environment; ability to learn quickly & effectively with multiple software applications at once including listening in on live calls, whispering, and TO'ing live calls withVici Dialer; strong organizational skills required; ability to multi-task & prioritize multiple projects at once; willingness to take initiative & take ownership of assigned tasks projects.
