Underground Utility Crew Foreman

Successful Underground Utility Contractor is in search of an experienced utility foreman to supervise a 4-6 man crew, specializing in H20 Mains, Sewer Mains, Lift Stations, Manholes, Storm Drain and Structures.

Qualifications & Skills:

MUST HAVE EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP SKILLS, AND BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE, TRAIN, AND DELEGATE TASKS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

Responsible and accountable for the safety of the crew, ensuring all company employees are adhering to company safety policies and guidelines.

Daily log sheets, timesheets, and weekly receipts or paperwork are turned in weekly.

Communicate with onsite general contractors, inspectors, superintendents, and project managers in a professional manner.

Ensure job equipment and tools are maintained in good working order and are safe for use.

Coordinate with an office on material deliveries and plan for equipment usage.

Self-motivated, problem solver, eager to work and motivate others and work as a team to achieve successful completion of projects.

Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, and drawings via online or in person.

Must know how to use I-pad and be experienced in using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and DropBox applications.

Must Have a Clean Drivers License.

10-Hour Shifts -Monday through Thursday

Fridays till Noon

The pay range for this position is based on your skill set and experience, with the ability to show you can be successful and produce.
