Intake Manager, PMO, Global RME Project Management Office (PMO)
DescriptionThe Global RME Project Management Office (PMO) is seeking a motivated individual with a strong background in project management to oversee and streamline our PMO project intake processes in North American (NA). As the NA Intake Manager, you'll be responsible with meticulously reviewing, validating, and managing all incoming projects requests and change requests across various PMO pillars, including Permanent Corrective Actions, Technical Service Bulletins, Continuous Improvements, Best Practices, and Reliability Improvement Alerts. You'll collaborate closely with PMO Pillar leads, RME Central Team Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Senior RME Field Leaders to ensure the validation of RME resources, project feasibility, and alignment with stakeholder and customer criteria and feedback for each project.Key job responsibilities Thoroughly assess and validate all intake and change requests, incorporating feedback from diverse stakeholder and customer groups. Build strong relationships and Earn Trust with stakeholders and customers through transparent communication and reliable execution. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey project requirements and updates Exercise strong Bias for Action with the ability to Deliver Results within SLAs Maintain a deep understanding of the PMO team’s scope and pillars to navigate ambiguous situations/requests and collaborate with the appropriate stakeholders to solve challenges. Exercise strong judgment to determine the most suitable approach for each project and engage the necessary stakeholders for productive discussions. Pay attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in project processing. Lead engaging and outcome-driven discussions and meetings Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of intake processes. Our goal is to provide a stage-gate project process from intake, scoping, execution, post-go live support, completion tracking and reporting.Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related subject
Strong written and communication skills
2+ years of program or project management experience
2+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred Qualifications
Change Management experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project) at an advanced level
Experience working with Material handling equipment (MHE)
Knowledge of Asana Project Management Platform
PMP Certification
Experience manipulating and analyzing data

The base pay for this position ranges from $70,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $150,000/year in our highest geographic market.
