Finance Manager, ReCommerce
DescriptionAmazon is searching for an exceptional Finance Manager to support the ReCommerce (Reverse Commerce) business. The ReCommerce team is an agile, innovative organization dedicated to maximizing recovery for Retail and FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) customer returns and overstock to benefit our customers, company, and environment.We are constantly innovating to create long-term value at Amazon by investing in the future and focusing on the planet, not just on the bottom line. World Wide Returns & ReCommerce includes business, product, program, operational, data, and software engineering teams, who together manage the lifecycle of returned and damaged products, create new ways to improve Seller experience and profitability, manage fraud, liquidations, run the AW business, tech solutions for the 30K+ associates in the field and so much more.Key job responsibilitiesYou will be part of highly motivated finance and business teams moving fast to create and implement new solutions.The role is a business partnering role with strong components of new products development financial management, return centers operations and controllership mechanism creation and execution.Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
5+ years of finance experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of finance experience
Preferred Qualifications
6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
MBA, or CPA
Knowledge of SQL/ETL
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
