Production Supervisor Job Information: Location: Hightstown, NJ Hours: 2nd shift Monday-Friday 3:00 PM-11:00 PM Direct-Hire Opportunity! Production Supervisor Job Duties:
The Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in achieving positive results across quality, productivity, cost management, safety measures and employee morale
Their responsibilities include supervising employees' work allocation and planning as well as implementing policies and procedures to drive improvements in production methods and working conditions
Directs the production of quality products within established specifications, and in sufficient quantities to fill orders, following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Safety Rules
Fosters an environment that promotes consistent quality product
Actively supports and enforces Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Work and Safety rules, providing training as necessary
Conducts performance evaluations; monitors attendance; adjusts timekeeping; resolves issues effectively
Actively seeks better production methods through people-centric approaches or improvements in procedures / equipment
Demonstrates professionalism with integrity while showing willingness to learn new techniques or technologies for improved results
Production Supervisor Job Requirements:
Candidates MUST HAVE labeling experience!
A Bachelors Degree is preferred, but not required
A least 3+ years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a production environment
