Job Title: Inventory SpecialistJob DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Inventory Specialist proficient in handling product returns, inspections, and restocking. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory tracking systems, maintaining accurate stock levels, and possess accurate and efficient data entry skills for processing returns and updating inventory records.Responsibilities

Handle product returns, including inspections and restocking.

Maintain accurate stock levels using inventory tracking systems.

Perform accurate and efficient data entry for processing returns and updating inventory records.

Address customer inquiries and complaints related to returns.

Identify issues in the return process and implement effective solutions.

Inspect returned items meticulously and ensure proper documentation.

Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.

Follow warehouse safety protocols and procedures.

Essential Skills

Experience with returns processing, inventory management, and shipping & receiving.

Proficiency in inventory control and logistics.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Ability to interact effectively with vendors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication skills for customer service.

Problem-solving abilities.

Attention to detail.

Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.

Familiarity with plumbing and/or heating is a plus.

High school diploma or Associates degree.
