Sr. Technical Business Systems Analyst

Job DescriptionA customer of Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Technical Business Systems Analyst to join their International Technology team. The team is currently building out a mobile application that customers will use for digital ordering and loyalty. The current solution in for US customers is home-grown and in-house, but the team is working with 3rd party vendors to host loyalty funds, logins, payments, order management, etc. The backend development team is working on creating all integration flows for this new vendor for the international version of the mobile app. The Business Sysems Analyst needs to be very technical so that they can document flows end-to-end (this documentation will ultimately be used by an international customer suppor team). This person will be writing stories for backend developers that include API designs and architecture diagrams. We are looking for someone who has a full understanding of how backend development works and how it interacts with frontend development. Ideally, we would like this person to have worked on full design of a new system in previous roles. It would be an extra plus if the person has helped with a new mobile app build out. With APIs, this person wills end requests from the backend team, look at data, and troubleshoot the data before the APIs go off to the developers. We are hoping this person can act as Tier 1 support for any issues / tickets made by the QA team.Compensation:$60/hr to $70/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
