CLERICAL: OFFICE
Perform general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, data entry, photocopies. Prepare letters in word, reports in excel, answer calls, make collection calls, answer phone calls, manage office supplies. Provide office support to staff. Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills. Proficient in using computer applications such as MS word and excel. Experience in managing calendars and scheduiling appointments, trouble shootings. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work indepedently with minimal supervision.
The position requires a high level of computer literacy, strong organization skills, and the ability to hnadle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to details and the ability to work under pressure.
