Role Overview:
The General Manager will be an integral leader, responsible for establishing the highest standards of service, curating a cohesive guest experience, and ensuring our Michelin aspirations are supported at every level. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and ownership team to shape a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated service team to provide exceptional dining experiences aligned with Michelin standards.
Oversee daily operations, including dining room management, guest relations, and service protocol development.
Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure a seamless flow between kitchen and service staff.
Build a memorable guest experience through meticulous attention to detail, from ambiance to presentation.
Implement and maintain inventory, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
Develop a culture of learning, growth, and excellence through ongoing staff training and performance feedback.
Act as a brand ambassador within the Queens community, promoting our unique dining experience and fostering connections.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in fine dining or Michelin-rated establishments; experience with French cuisine is a plus.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent organizational, communication, and guest service skills.
Keen attention to detail and dedication to achieving excellence in every aspect of service.
