Signage Project Manager
We are seeking an organized and solutions-oriented Signage Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This full-time position supports project managers and the design team to ensure projects stay on schedule and maintain forward momentum. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, personable, and a clear communicator with a keen eye for design and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist project managers and design team with project planning and schedule management.
Prepare detailed location plans to guide the project’s physical and logistical requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, production teams, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Serve as a liaison between installers, designers, and clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations alignment.
Conduct on-site surveys to assess project specifications and logistical needs.
Make minor alterations to shop drawings as required.
Manage project budgeting and support financial tracking for cost control.
Facilitate project closeout, ensuring all deliverables are completed and documented.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop).
Strong communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly, specifically, and promptly.
Personable and focused with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $23 - $26 per hour
