Outdoor Groundskeeping (Part-Time, Flexible)

Job Title: Outdoor Groundskeeping and Handyman

Location: Jefferson, OR

Job Summary:

Our small property seeking an experienced groundskeeper looking for a flexible schedule. During winter, this position is 16 hours (2 days) per week, any days between Monday and Friday.

Responsibilities:

- Lawn care, garden and plant bed maintenance, dog park maintenance, gravel spreading, landscaping

- Use landscaping machinery such as blower, weed eater, mower, tractor, rented equipment

- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

- 1-2+ years of experience in outdoor groundskeeping

- Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping techniques a PLUS!

- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical labor in a fast-paced outdoor environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
