Remodeling position

Remodeling position:

We are looking for a "experienced" full time positioned remodeling carpenter to join our company.

The person must have their own basic tools, dependable transportation, speak English, able to work 40 hours per week and work from the general hours of 8am to 4:30pm daily.

This is a 1099 position and the amount of compensation is based on skill level and the ability to perform on site.

The work area we perform in is along the front range. We work in Broomfield, Westminster, Boulder, Louisville and the surrounding areas.

We are not looking for groups of people or subcontractors at this time.

The skills needed:

1) Framing- decks, walls, roofs etc.

2) Drywall- installation, tape and texture. This is mostly patch work.

3) Painting- (interior & exterior)

4) Tile and general tile setting abilities.

5) Minor electrical and plumbing.

6) Interior trim including setting doors, base & case.

7) Exterior siding and trim, removal and installation.

8) Installation of cabinets.

9) Flooring- all types.
