You will be in a lead and/or supporting role in the planning and execution of the turnkey program as part of events, providing support, consultation and high-level logistics coordination. You will execute the event plan in alignment with the client’s budget.This position will support our Graphic Account Management group under our Growth (Sales) team It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 2-3 days per week.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Consults with show organizer teams on package options and assist with “package slick” creation for exhibitor manuals/websites

Ability to lead and manage turnkey team on complex events

Single point of contact for customer graphic asset collection, structural upgrades and oversight of sold packages

Works with exhibitors directly to provide consultation on available graphic areas for purchase and/or production

Establish meeting cadence with show organizer team to provide regular updates

Liaison between exhibitors and Graphic Production and Operations

Submit orders for 3rd party vendors included in packages

High proficiency in writing tickets in Passport & TSS

Create and maintain Smartsheet to track status of project

Budget management for turnkey areas as assigned

Main point of contact for on-site management of turnkey exhibits

Effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and internal departments

Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing to be sent to exhibitors

Participate in post-show debrief & provide feedback

Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required

2 or more years of related sales, account management or project management experience

Excellent customer service and organizational skills

Experience in event planning preferred
