Cleaning Assistant

Crystal Clean Maui LLC is hiring. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, has good communication skills, and is punctual. Cleaning experience is a bonus, but is not required, just a good attitude, attention to detail, and great communication.

Wednesday and Thursday, plus every other Friday, a typical day is 8/9-3/4 (depending on the houses)

Sometimes, we start at 8 AM or 10 AM, and sometimes, we end at 12 PM or 6 PM. It all varies depending on the clients that week.

MUST have your own vehicle. MUST have a driver's license. MUST be a valid US citizen.

The first 40 hours are paid at $15 an hour + tips, even if you have experience, we need to train you in our order of operations and tools. This time is seen as a paid training/ trial period. After this time, we would evaluate what the hourly rate will be moving forward.

Every quarter (3 months) we have a team meeting/review. This is when we assess how you are doing at the job and what a raise could look like.

We always work in teams of at least 2, so you will never be alone. All supplies are provided.
