Kitchen Manager High Volume
Kitchen Manager needed with experience in a variety of fast paced, high volume environments, top notch organization skills, and a willingness to take fun very, very seriously.
We are a small crew of committed, energetic people looking for a new person who wants to help coordinate the details, which includes making those details happen with their own hands as necessary. Knowing how to direct others will be as important as being willing to do the work, which includes everything from dishes to cleaning and all the way up.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
5+ years kitchen management
capacity to work as a line cook alongside staff, especially during training period
experience making pizza
a passion for training others
extraordinary interpersonal skills
cool head under pressure
positive energy
flexibility
ability to direct up to four line cooks and dishwashers in a busy kitchen
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
car and valid driver's license
inventory set up and management
bilingual Spanish/English
