Licensed Plumber Needed

I am at the tail of remodeling my house. The remodel created a total of 4 units. 3 of the units are brand new and 1 of the units is the existing house before any work was done. I need a licensed plumber for the following:

a) I need a licensed plumber bring up my existing plumbing system to code

b) I need a licensed plumber to do the rough in for Unit 2, unit 3 and unit 4.
