Lead the finance and accounting teams, overseeing reporting, tax planning, and strategic projects.
Design and execute financial strategies that align with company goals.
Foster strong partnerships with audit and tax consultants and serve as a key advisor to executive leadership.
Manage team training and development while ensuring compliance with J-SOX standards and internal control protocols.
Supervise payroll, monitor cash flow, and guide treasury management practices.
Adapt accounting policies as needed for fiscal changes and remain informed on current financial trends and regulations.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in accounting, ideally a mix of public and private sector roles.
Expertise in fixed asset and lease accounting.
A proven track record of strong leadership and the ability to inspire and guide teams.
CPA preferred but not required
A collaborative and approachable leadership style.
