Looking for an investor friendly carpenter. Currently looking to have:

Damaged joists repaired

Damaged exterior porch repaired

Second level of home framed

Must be experienced, punctual, communicative, have your own tools with a reliable mode of transportation. Please provide pictures (if available). Am looking to start work immediately.
