Field Technologist

We are seeking a Field Technologist. Commissioning and decommissioning of field, including pilot, equipment
Remote and onsite troubleshooting of field, including pilot, equipment
Pilot site design, support, and troubleshooting
Equipment maintenance and deployment preparation
Communication with equipment vendors
Equipment procurement
Equipment design and fabrication
Engineering calculations
Internal systems optimization
3-D modeling
Up to 25% travel
Internal systems optimization
Assist in proposing and evaluating solutions to a broad range of water treatment related challenges.
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
0 to 4 years of directly-relevant experience in water and wastewater engineering
Application of engineering principles including critical thinking, analysis, and innovative techniques
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Work well in a team environment
Highly motivated, articulate, and self-starting
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Knows and understands limitations of their own knowledge and does not hesitate to ask questions.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil, Chemical, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering
Familiarity with computer applications including AutoCAD
Coursework in physical, chemical, and biological processes; hydraulics; and principles of water and wastewater treatment plant and infrastructure design
