The Organizational Readiness team within Operations Strategy drives people transformation through meaningful career and employee experiences that equip and empower Operational Services to deliver for our clients. Examples of the group’s activities include:
Developing frameworks for various initiatives that drive operational efficiency and leadership readiness (scale and automation initiatives, people development, etc.)
Providing thought partnership to our Operational Services business leaders on a range of topics.
Creating executive level read outs to facilitate decision making and support ongoing business needs (townhalls, people leader updates, etc.)
Creating program-level deliverables for large Ops-wide transformation initiatives (strategic change and communications, training, rewards & recognition, etc.)
We are seeking a Program Manager, Communications to execute our Operational Services communications strategy and deliver compelling employee and program communications to build a community within Operational Services that is informed, motivated, and connected. In this role you will:
Provide strategic support on the communications strategy, proposing and sustaining strategic vehicles that enable our people to deliver our long-term transformation goals; able to set clear prioritization of assigned work.
Help our employees connect the dots and translating broad business strategy into a compelling narrative with engaging and visually dynamic internal marketing materials.
Use storytelling to influence positive outcomes, build trust, drive change, connect with audiences at all levels and improve engagement.
Write communications that distill complex issues and information into simple, digestible and impactful messages for audiences of diverse roles and levels.
What you haveTo ensure that we fulfill our promise of “challenging the status quo,” this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have:Required Qualifications:
2-3 years’ experience in communications or marketing; ability to own a communications strategy, from audience and stakeholder analysis through implementation and tracking success metrics.
Experience developing communications using SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint; experience with Social Chorus and Confluence is a plus.
Mid-level skillset in graphic design and video production (Adobe creative suite).
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with extensive experience in succinctly synthesizing data and developing recommendations in strong business stories with PowerPoint, and effectively present to executive audiences.
Strong project and program management skills to deliver meaningful results and impact to our employees.
Highly resourceful and collaborative individual who thrives on building and cultivating strong relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
Experience dealing with ambiguity in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment; self-starter and highly resourceful, with a ‘get things done’ with limited direction attitude.
Strong influencing skills; navigates and activates alignment across organizational silos.
Comfortable engaging with various levels of management and engaging on a wide variety of complex financial and technical topics.
Previous experience in brand strategy and/or marketing
