We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA at this time. Work Location: This opportunity is based out of Bloomington, MN international headquarters. The current team works 5-days on-site; however will consider a hybrid schedule of 3 days on campus, 2 optional remote days from a home office. What Will You Do? In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: Product Management:

Contribute to the development of long-range product planning including strategies and tactics to achieve divisional goals projects.

Manage assigned product lines, including market research and product launch planning.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of product information to channel partners.

Oversee the marketing fleet for trade shows and photoshoots, including inventory and product ordering.

Maintain and update Sitework Systems (SWS) product pricing.

Parts Marketing:

Contribute to the development of an annual parts business plan, outlining key objectives, strategies, and tactics to achieve divisional growth goals.

Build a strong working knowledge of competitive parts in the marketplace.

Execute programs outlined in the annual plan, staying within approved budgets, to achieve sales, profit, inventory, and return-on-asset goals.

Collaborate cross-functionally with the corporate parts team on pricing strategies and promotional initiatives.

Oversee the development and implementation of marketing programs, including parts pricing, reference guides, and other marketing materials.

What Do You Need? To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

A minimum of Bachelors degree in Marketing, business or related field required.

Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and project management abilities to handle multiple projects effectively.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally within the division and beyond.

Travel required 10-15%, for industry / customer events and customer research (travel anticipated within the domestic USA, and potentially Canada).

Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
