Cook

Corto is an Italian-style coffeeshop located in Brooklyn.

The cook position at Corto includes the following responsibities:

- making Italian-style panini sandwiches and salads

- making preps

- receiving the produce deliveries

- inventory

- interacting with the customers directly

Please, note: we have an open space for our cooks as they handle the sandwiches themselves directly to the customers.

We are looking for cooks who are experienced, outgoing and friendly, have NY Food Handlers Certification.

Knowing Italian cuisine is a plus.

We usually have 2 cooks per day who cover our 7am-5.30pm operating hours.
