Job Description
Essential Duties:- Installs, moves, and tests all workstation equipment including PCs, Printer, and other peripheral support in the distribution center
- Configures all associate equipment utilized in AS400 systems
- Troubleshoots problems and/or repairs or arranges for repairs with failed equipment
- Sets guidelines for vendors and establishes working relationships with vendor technicians
- Orders parts and supplies for equipment
- Responds to RF equipment failures and configuration issues
- Conducts training with associates on proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Ensures data stream is maintained
- Investigates connectivity issues that affect transmission
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in repairing and maintaining PC’s and related equipment
- 1 year work experience in at least one previous job
6 months work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard
