POSITION PURPOSE:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Provider to join our team in the Hospital & Health Care industry. Position Duties:
Diagnose and treat various medical conditions, illnesses, and injuries.
Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and accurately interpret diagnostic tests.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, ensuring the highest level of medical care.
Supervise and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff and contribute to their professional development.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in medical research and incorporate evidence-based practices into clinical decision-making.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
Valid Oregon Medical License and board certification in the respective specialty.
Proficiency in medical examination techniques and diagnostic procedures.
Strong knowledge of medical ethics and legal regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Compassion, empathy, and dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
Availability to work a flexible schedule.
BENEFITS:
$20,000 Sign-On Bonus.
30 days of PTO time front loaded, annual cap of 30 days.
5 paid days and $3000.00 per 12 months of employment available for CME.
Employer paid Short- and Long-Term disability.

Moving Reimbursement expenses up to $10k provided with receipts if relocation is out of the State of Oregon.
