Chiropractic Medical Assistant/ Front Desk (will train)
Our busy and growing Chiropractic office is looking for a new addition to our team to help with assisting the doctors and front desk operations.
This position will be a full time position and starting pay range is $19- $25 depending on experience and abilities, plus benefits (healthcare and retirement)

We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, outgoing person with excellent communication skills to work in our chiropractic office. Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, and work effectively with a team as well as independently. Must be patient, kind, assertive and compassionate.
The job duties for this position include but are not limited to:
Working closely with patients and doctors as a chiropractic assistant
Greeting and checking in patients
New patient intake consultations, ability to take basic vitals
Assists with therapeutic exercise for patients
Assisting front office with patient scheduling, paperwork, assigning patients to rooms, taking
payments etc.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable working directly with our patients and alongside our doctors
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, computer savvy
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task with confidence
Great people skills and ability to thrive in a very busy environment
Desire to learn and grow
People-oriented with a professional demeanor and appearance
Preferred Qualifications:
One or more years of customer service experience
Insurance knowledge is a plus
Experience with and knowledge of chiropractic care is a plus

What else do you need to know?
Upon hire, there is a paid training period (approx 2-4 weeks) where you will have varying hours and exposure to different shifts to gain comprehensive knowledge of office operations.
Clinic hours of operation are 8:00am – 6:00pm M – F and 8:00am – 1:00pm Saturday with staff arriving before open time and leaving after close times in order to open up and close down the office. The ideal candidate will have flexibility in the hours they are available to work. Saturdays from 8:00am – 1:00pm will be required.
