In-home caregiver (CNA)

Looking for someone to help care for my wife at our home. She has dementia and has suffered a stroke. For last 6 months she has been in a stroke rehab and currently a nursing home. During this time she has improved immensely. I'd like to bring her home but she needs more care than I can provide alone. There is an option to live in an apartment attached to our home (separate entrance) with this position.
