Administrative Assistant
We are an Electrical Company looking for a fulltime 8am-4:30pm, positive, motivated, dependable, enthusiastic and communicates well to join our office. Must be available to come to an interview between 9am to 2pm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Management with tasks.
- Incoming / Outgoing calls
- Data entry
-Purchase Orders
- Accounts payable & receivables experience
- Scanning and uploading documents
- Client service
- Prepare and send correspondence ( letters, and e-mails)
- Be able to assist office on all levels, as needed
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail a MUST
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills a MUST
- Team player
- Fast learner
- Can handle multiple tasks with patience and professionalism
- Solid time management and prioritization skills
- Friendly and positive attitude a MUST.
- Administrative experience preferred
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience using Quickbooks Must
