The following kitchen skills will be evaluated, and proper training will be applied where necessary.
-Adherence to health code requirements. ie: proper food handling, storage, equipment maintenance, etc
-Butchering & basic knife skills
-Multi tasking
-Ticket time maintenance
-Proper plating & portioning according to company standards
-Daily inventory and stocking requirements
