Job Overview

As a Restaurant Manager at Pint and Jigger, you will oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, high-quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Duties

- Manage and lead the restaurant staff in daily tasks

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Monitor food preparation and presentation

- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery

- Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue goals

- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies

Qualifications

- Previous experience in shift management, supervising, and food handling

- Knowledge of banquet operations in the food industry

- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

- Leadership abilities to motivate and guide staff effectively

- Familiarity with bartending and cash handling procedures

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Nice-to-have: experience with help in restaurant settings
