Other duties may be assigned.Coordinate all equipmentrepairs/changes/modifications with engineers and production supervision to ensure most efficient production without affecting quality.Perform diagnostics and repairs on production machines and systems.Working with machine assembly drawings,electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics, diagnoses problem, dismantles defective machines and equipment, initiates orders for and installs new or repaired parts.Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.Install and repair electrical components, such as transformers, relays, switches, printed circuit boards, wiring, etc. of machinery and equipment.Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.Install, program, diagnose, and repair automated machinery and equipment such as robots and PLCs.Install, diagnose, and repair automated machinery and equipment such as CNC machining equipment.Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.Fabricate and repair counters, benches, partitions, etc.Assist in developing PMs per OEM and engineering recommendations to maximize production uptime and minimize maintenance costs.
