He/she must be highly collaborative and partner effectively with key people in the Account Management, Project Management, and Business Management teams to ensure that information relating to client finance is accurate, reliable and timely for use in planning, financial reporting, business analysis and decision making. The candidate must be highly organized in terms of time management, prioritization, and workload management. Job Responsibilities Main focus areas are around client invoicing, expense approvals, ensuring timesheet compliance and labor / material transfers Collaborate with client finance team, Project Management and Business Management to ensure timely client billings and labor / material transfers Approve expenses in SAP following expense / documentation guidelines provided Responsible for financial system data input/management, including job creation, vendor/client set up, client rates, labor / material transfers and job close process Answer questions from key stakeholders including other members of client finance team, vendors, and employees Create reports for client teams by pulling data from SAP and working in Excel to construct standard/periodic information reports Initiative, responsibility and follow through for “owned” work a must Assist Finance Management with ad hoc requests as needed Core Competencies Attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage workload Accuracy Relationship builder Technical Skills Integrity & TrustQualificationsBachelor’s degree required Strong Excel competency System transactions Understand basic accounting concepts (debits/credits, revenue recognition, reserves/absorptions) Strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders Ability to work in a fast paced environment Work independently in dealing with time pressures and multiple priorities Ability to learn quickly and acclimate to new systems and processes Highly organized and able to work according to fixed monthly cycles Experience with Enterprise Reporting Planning software (i.e. SAP) a plusAdditional InformationOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger.
