Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Independent Life Insurance Agent to join our team in Massachusetts. As an independent agent, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule, work independently, and provide personalized life insurance solutions to clients. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, educating them on life insurance products, and helping them select the best policies to protect their financial future.

Responsibilities:

Identify and contact potential clients to offer life insurance solutions through referrals, networking, and lead generation.

Conduct in-depth needs analyses for clients to assess their life insurance requirements and financial goals.

Educate clients on various life insurance policies (e.g., term life, whole life, universal life) and assist them in selecting policies that best suit their needs.

Prepare and present personalized insurance quotes and policy proposals, ensuring clear understanding of the benefits and coverage options.

Assist clients with application processes, submitting required documentation accurately and promptly.

Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide policy reviews, ensure satisfaction, and offer additional coverage options as needs change.

Comply with all state and federal insurance laws, including maintaining knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related matters.

Manage your schedule, sales pipeline, and follow-up activities independently to meet or exceed sales goals.

Qualifications:

Life Insurance License: Active Life and Health Insurance license in the state of Massachusetts (required).

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services; experience with life insurance sales is strongly preferred.

Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and provide high-quality service to clients.

Analytical Skills: Proficient in assessing client needs and financial goals to recommend appropriate products.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated to meet performance targets.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and online tools for virtual consultations and documentation.

Background Check: Clean background check and adherence to state licensing requirements.
