Sr Process Improvement Engineer

Position Overview:The Process Improvement Engineer will dissect existing processes, propose optimal processes & develop plans to get from current to future state in order to achieve process sustainability and success in accordance with lean strategies and strategic goals. This role works closely with the process intelligence team, business stakeholders, automation team, and IT to map and analyze processes and identify ways to reduce waste, improve workflow, and otherwise increase efficiency.Description:Work collaboratively across departments to evaluate, design, execute, measure, and monitor business processes. Ensure business process outcomes are in alignment with organizational objectives and goals. Review and understand end to end processes, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results. Design and build dashboards and translate data into actionable insights.Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred):

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a process improvement role

Highly proficient in the use of Google Suite and/or Microsoft Suite (word, excel and PowerPoint)

Familiar with intelligent automation capabilities

Proficient in the use of SQL

Celonis or other process intelligence tool a + Lean Six Sigma Green/Black belt a Key Competencies:

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s).
