Residential Maintenance Technician/ Experienced Handyman

Do you have all the skills, are looking for steady year-round work, but don’t want the hassle of scheduling and billing? Are you able to think on your feet and work independently? Our family owned property maintenance business is looking to hire an experienced and think outside of the box type maintenance technician/ handyman for full time work and competitive pay.

Non-negotiables:

Possess your own basic hand and power tools

Valid driver's license

Able to pass a background check

Clean driving record if using a company vehicle or reliable transportation

Motivated to work a full 40 hours each week

Ability to independently troubleshoot residential repairs

PROFICIENCY in:

Basic plumbing repairs such as faucets, fixtures, drains, etc

Basic electrical repairs i.e. outlet and switch replacement, light and ceiling fan installation, etc

Drywall repair

Painting

Basic carpentry

What we offer:

$38+ per hour based on experience

W-2 employee status

Full time, steady work paid every Friday

Just show up and use your skills, we do all the busy back end work for you

No nonsense, no drama work environment
