In this commission-based role, you will drive new business by identifying and securing residential renovation and construction projects. You’ll be responsible for guiding clients through the sales process, from initial consultation to project sign-off, ensuring a positive experience and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients interested in home renovation and construction services.

Conduct on-site consultations to understand clients’ needs and present appropriate solutions.

Develop customized quotes, proposals, and presentations to effectively communicate our offerings.

Manage the entire sales cycle, including follow-up and contract negotiation.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless transition and execution of sold projects.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
