Contractor for barn conversion

I am looking for a licensed contractor for a special project in Los Lunas. I have a four stall stucco barn about 30x30 feet. I want to turn it into a 3 bedroom guest house, with 1 ½ bathrooms, a simple kitchen, a mudroom and open space. I want to keep the open barn beams, but need a creative way to accent it. I have a stock architectural house plan, for basics of electricity, plumbing etc.

I am committed to using recycled materials, energy efficient materials and appliances, i.e., tankless water heater. Your experience and valuing such things would be useful.

I need someone who has integrity, creativity and is willing to both do research, or tell me to do research to figure out possibilities. I have done a lot of research about the steps necessary to convert a (dirt floor) barn into a living dwelling.
