As a Customer Service Representative, you'll:
Provide clear and helpful answers to customer inquiries.
Research and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Build positive relationships with customers through your friendly and professional demeanor.

Ideal candidates will possess:
1+ year of customer service experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
The ability to learn and understand complex products or services while speaking with customers on the phone and working on a computer with multiple programs
High school diploma or equivalent
