Mobile Phlebotomist - $20/hr - Flexible Hours

Job Title: Mobile Phlebotomist (Full-Time/Part-Time)

About Us:

We are a new and growing mobile phlebotomy service in Charlotte, NC, committed to providing high-quality healthcare services directly to clients at their homes, clinics, and other locations. We are looking for certified phlebotomists to join our team as we launch and expand our business.

Job Description:

As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will travel to client locations to perform blood draws, urine drug testing, DNA testing, and other diagnostic services. After collecting specimens, you will transport them to the lab for processing. You will ensure that each patient receives high-quality care while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in all procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform standard and specialty blood draws.

Administer urine drug tests (5-panel, 10-panel, and custom tests).

Conduct DNA testing, glucose testing, early pregnancy testing, and gender testing.

Provide patient education and consultation.

Perform home visits for blood draws.

Conduct on-site visits for clinics and healthcare facilities.

Transport collected specimens to the lab for processing before finishing the shift.

Maintain accurate records of services provided and patient interactions.

Working Hours:

Standard hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Flexibility to leave early once 6 client visits are completed for the day.

Requirements:

Certified Phlebotomist with valid North Carolina certification.

Must have a reliable vehicle and valid auto insurance.

Business insurance is required to start the position.

Ability to pass background checks and vehicle inspections.

Strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Compensation:

$20 per hour.
