Entry Level Production - Hemp Products(resume required)

Entry level part-time production position available at a rapidly growing hemp products company in Cottage Grove, OR. If you are interested, please submit a resume.

Shifts available:

Production day 8:30am-4:30pm M-F

Some flexible scheduling possible after initial training period.

$16.00 an Hr to start, room for advancement.

Minimum Age: 18

Job Summary:

Prepare and package products manually and using semi-automatic equipment

Perform basic quality control checks, including accurate packaging, package counts, dates, and weight, and evaluate product or package appearance.

Folding and taping boxes, applying labels, and stacking boxes on pallets according to direction.

Cleaning and sanitizing workstations.

Follow written procedures and verbal directions

Maintains accurate production logs and other documentation

Physical Demands:

Stand: Static standing is frequent. Actuation of foot pedals required

Sit: Long periods of sitting. Actuation of foot pedals required.

Walk: Occasional walk to store room and office.

Lifting: 5 lbs or less continuously, 6-10 lbs frequently, 11-50 lbs occasionally.

Reach: Constant forward reach, while standing at production station. Frequent reaching to sides for materials.

Hand/Eye coordination: constant, assembly of packages, labeling, general production, folding, and wrapping.

Grasp: Constant, repetitive.
