Welcome guests to the hotel and ensuring a pleasant arrival and departure
Coordinate with Valet Parking vendor to handle guest's valet parking
Maintain hotel's front drive, ensuring entrance is clear for all guests
Answer questions and offer assistance, giving accurate information regarding, but not limited to, outlet hours, hotel services, and directions to local attractions or meeting space
Facilitate hotel room orientations
Deliver items to guest rooms as needed
Deliver on guests' expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs

You are passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable moments
You have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment
You are open to learning, developing, and growing both yourself, personally, and helping others do the same
You are trustworthy and have integrity
Must Haves
One to two years of Customer Service experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Luxury hotel experience is a plus
Prior Bellman and/or Doorman experience highly preferred

Physical Requirements
Standing and exerting well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length
Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 60 pounds, including, but not limited to, luggage, guest items, and bags on a regular and continuing basis
Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 250 pounds on a regular and continuing basis
must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks

The pay scale for Bell/Door Attendant is $17.66 to $23.55 per hour. The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
