Sous Chef

Chicago’s Home of Chicken & Waffles has opened its 3rd location at 2125 Gallatin Ave in East Nashville, and is seeking an experienced sous chef.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, organized, hard working, self motivated, and must possess a strong desire to learn and grow as a professional, while also having great communication skills.

Key Cook Qualifications Include:

-Minimum of 2 years previous experience working as a sous chef in professional kitchen

-Strong knife skills (cooks)

-Working knowledge of Department of Health (DOH) standards

-Great work ethic

-Must possess the ability to work well in a fast paced kitchen

-Open availability a plus

Pay - $24 to $27 per hour, based upon experience, with future salary potential.
