SITE BARRICADES - Traffic Control Technician/Supervisor

Job responsibilities include setting up and taking down temporary traffic control for lane closures, road closures, special events, and construction sites. We are hiring flaggers, TMA drivers, crew leaders and crew helpers. We offer in house training for all positions. Experience is not a requirement. Drivers license preferred.

Responsibilities-

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of drivers and pedestrians by directing traffic through construction zones and other areas where traffic flow may be disrupted

Install and replace signage and traffic control material

Set out work zones for job sites in accordance with the TMUTCD and MUTCD

Program and deploy message boards and radar trailers as necessary

Receive and stock traffic control device materials and supplies

Maintains signs, barricades, and traffic control signals; take inventory; straighten and replace devices at various locations

Clean and maintain trucks, shop, building and grounds

Performs all other related duties as assigned

This position provides services or performs duties for the benefit of the general public during emergency situations
