Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Level 2 individual based in Jersey City, New Jersey. This role is crucial in ensuring policy information is accurately entered and verified, adhering to set processes within our proprietary computer systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of personal project management skills, with a strong focus on achieving quality and production goals.Responsibilities Accurately transfer client/insured data between our proprietary mainframe systems. Ensure the accuracy of data before entry, including the appropriate application of additional coverages. Review and correct any errors in data entry within a set timeframe. Represent the company professionally in interactions with agents and internal customers regarding referral reasons or instances. Maintain a high standard of data entry quality, aiming to reach established quality and production goals within set timelines. Utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word, for email communication and tracking. Adhere to established process procedures, locating necessary information to complete the process efficiently. Manage time effectively, working both independently and as an engaged team member. Multitask effectively, managing assigned work and calendar using pre-existing tracking documents. Leverage technical skills, including proficiency in Windows 10 operating platform, to research policy information and update existing tracking documents. Employ strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills in all aspects of the role. Requirements Proficiency in various data entry procedures and policies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability in using Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook. Experience with research, review, and quality assurance. Knowledge of project management principles and practices. Understanding of insurance industry basics. Familiarity with the 'About Time' software. Experience in a production environment. Proficiency in using spreadsheet software. Ability to manage calendars effectively. Skill in verification tasks and customer support. Knowledge of various operating systems, including Windows OS. Ability to work with different computer systems. Proficiency in R Code. Willingness to work onsite when required.
