Perseid (per-see-id), the new and upcoming Saint Augustine Hotel restaurant, offers a complement to the casual intimacy of the hotel and its surrounding community. In honor of Houston's long history as an epicenter of space exploration, the restaurant is named for the spectacular Perseid meteor shower that peaks in the month of August each year. The restaurant offers a take on the quintessential neighborhood bistro with a menu that sits at the intersection of refined comfort, classic technique, and a focus on flavor over style. Bludorn Hospitality Group is operating the Food and Beverage.
