Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant
We are looking for a Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant with minimum one year experience in the accounting field to join our team and help manage our day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions, maintain general ledgers, prepare financial statements.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and collections.
- Assist with bank reconciliations
- Ensure transactions are recorded correctly and identify discrepancies or errors.
- Assist with other various financial activities
- Maintain confidentiality of records
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks, Excel, Google Docs.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- One year of accounting/bookkeeping experience is required
- Previous office experience for an Auto Dealership is a plus

Great Schedule - Out by 1pm every Friday!
Full-time Mon-Thurs 8am-5:45pm, Friday 8am-1pm
