Carpenter Needed

M.C. Lundgren is seeking an experienced carpenter to assist on multi-family construction sites across Washington State.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry and remodeling

- Extensive knowledge of rough framing and finish carpentry construction

- Expertise in window and door installation, hardware installation, site cleaning/organization

- Attentive to details and thorough in performing work

- Able to lift and carry construction materials and work on active construction sites

- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to/from work

Job Description

- Assist the Site Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent with construction activities throughout project duration and provide labor and expertise as needed in the field.

- Maintain a safe and professional workplace by adhering to company and state safety standards and practices.

- Participate in weekly safety and coordination meetings with team members and subcontractors.

- Ideally have knowledge of building practices and experience reading/interpreting architectural plans and drawings.
