job detailsWe are looking for an experienced Call Center Representative to work for a growing healthcare organization located in Earth City, MO. The right candidate will be comfortable performing inbound and outbound calls in a high volume call center. Experience working with specialty pharmacy, or general healthcare required. This position is on site, with various full time schedules available. Please if interested! Pay :$20.00 an hour Hours: 8am - 5pm, OR 9am -6pmsalary: $19 - $21 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: AssociateResponsibilities

Managing incoming calls to assist customers (some occasional outbound calls may be required)

Handling and conducting phone duties in a timely and professional manner in accordance with company policies and procedures

Achieving member engagement standards set for the department by following the established departmental policies and procedures

Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills
