SharePoint Migration Specialist

Job DescriptionA client in the Houston, TX area is looking for a SharePoint Engineer to join their team. The company is seeking an experienced SharePoint Migration Specialist to lead the migration of our SharePoint 2013 environment to SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SharePoint migrations, particularly using Sharegate or similar tools, and will be proficient in SharePoint 2013 and later versions. Additionally, the person will develop and maintain a comprehensive spreadsheet mapping all SharePoint sites from 2013 to SharePoint Online. The ideal candidate will need to be comfortable collaborating with various departments to understand current site usage and transition to Teams. If necessary, the Specialist will conduct a quick overview/training to new MS Teams users.
