Palmer, Alaska (Licensed Standard Cultivation)

Pay: Starting at $18-$25/hr+

Job Schedule: Weekdays and/or Weekends

Job Summary: We are seeking skilled and experienced Cultivators to assist in our operations. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding and knowledge of cannabis cultivation techniques. As a Cultivator, you will be working with your team managing all aspects of the cultivation process, from seed to harvest, and ensuring the highest quality of cannabis production. Responsibilities:

- Manage and fulfilling all cultivation activities, including planting, transplanting, feeding, watering, pruning, and harvesting.

- Develop and implement cultivation strategies to optimize plant health, growth, and yield.

- Monitor and maintain environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and lighting to create an optimal growing environment.

- Implement and manage pest and disease control strategies, including identification, prevention, and treatment.

- Oversee and manage the nutrient program, ensuring proper feeding schedules and nutrient formulations.

- Be willing to advise cultivation team members, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of plant care.

- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Maintain accurate records of cultivation activities, including plant inventory, nutrient schedules, and harvest yields.

- Collaborate with other departments such as processing, compliance, and management to ensure a smooth workflow and timely production.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and regulations related to cannabis cultivation.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant state and local regulations governing cannabis cultivation.

- Experience as a Cannabis Cultivator or similar role in a large-scale cannabis cultivation facility.

- Knowledge of cannabis strains, genetics, and cultivation practices.

- Strong understanding of plant care, propagation, and cultivation techniques.

- Familiarity with state and local regulations governing cannabis cultivation.

- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must have Marijuana Handlers Permit.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
