Restoration Technician

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Restoration Technician for our restoration and renovation client in Phoenix, Arizona.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-4pm

Pay Rate: $20-$24 per hour DOE

Responsibilities:

Water extraction and mitigation

Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration

Microbial remediation

Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up

Demolition

Drywall

Water Mitigation Abatement Cleaning and odor control

Contents cleaning and manipulation

Provide the highest level of customer service

All other duties or projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Possess and maintain a valid driver's license

Successfully pass a national criminal background check

Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening

2 years of restoration industry or maintenance experience
